Services

Each program offers the residents an opportunity to live and learn in a setting that is appropriate to meet their individual needs. We provide personalized services and support that assists each person in achieving their goals while promoting complete inclusion in our community.

Group Homes

Stillwater Group Homes, Inc. operates six residential facilities which serve up to six individuals at each location. These homes offer the residents an opportunity to live and learn in a setting that is appropriate to meet their needs. The individuals living in the homes take part in independent daily living activities, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, leisure activities, and community events. Staff members provide training and supervision for each individual to assist them in their continuing progress toward a more independent life style.

Daily Living Support (DLS)

This program is designed to support adults to be as independent as possible in daily living and community integration. Individuals approved for DLS typically live with two housemates and have an agency responsible to meet their daily care, medical needs, and provide opportunities for community integration.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities who do not receive services through a Home and Community-Based Services Waiver and require minimal staff support to live safely in their home.

In-Home Supports Waivers (IHSW)

IHSW allow individuals and families to select services necessary for each individual to remain in his or her own home or family home. Individuals on the IHSW are assigned to Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) case managers to assist them in locating, securing and coordinating needed services.
